Transformative Service Designer Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Service Designer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of digital projects aligned with our Digital Master Plan.
The successful candidate will apply human-centred design principles to improve services, shape user experience, and drive digital transformation.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Service Designer to make a meaningful impact on our organisation's digital landscape.
You will be responsible for leading stakeholder engagement and facilitating design thinking workshops, designing service blueprints, user journeys, personas, and discovery reports based on user insights, delivering business analysis artefacts including user stories and requirements for improved user experience in ICT systems, developing strategic planning documents and digital roadmaps, and championing user-centred thinking and continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Experience in service design and digital transformation.
* Strong facilitation and proactive stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to work in agile teams and influence outcomes.
* Strategic planning approach and a focus on bringing users to the centre of the solution.
