We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Practitioner to fill the role of Paediatric Chief Medical Resident Advanced Trainee. This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified medical professional to take on a leadership position within our organisation.
This position offers significant scope for impact, with responsibilities including pastoral care, education and teaching activities, workforce planning, and participating in the orientation program for all Trainee Medical Officers (TMOs). The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting junior doctors as they develop their skills and knowledge.
The working arrangement for this position includes 0.4 FTE flexible time and 0.6 FTE clinical time, which can be negotiated with the selected applicant. Additionally, the Chief Resident may be required to contribute to the After-Hours roster by being rostered for one reserve shift per month.
