Acting Deputy Head of Learning in Residence, (Boarding)

We are currently seeking an experienced Acting Deputy Head of Learning in Residence to join our team at our Glen Waverley campus on a 0.6 FTE leave replacement basis for Terms 4, 2025 & 2026.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an innovative leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality educational experiences.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a boarding school, including roster management and liaison with internal and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Foster a positive and supportive boarding environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services.
• Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of our students.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote student safety and well-being.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in leading boarding or pastoral teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
