**The Role**
The Program Delivery function within Supply Chain is accountable for the key enablement functions that delivers supply chain performance excellence through project and program delivery. The function aligns highly specialised teams to ensure we deliver improved safety, customer experience, capability, and commercial performance in support of CCEP's objectives.
The role requires you to be comfortable working across a matrixed organisation; leveraging your operational knowledge, analytical mindset, and solution focused outlook to maximise the value of the systems used within the Supply Chain Business unit.
The role involves working closely with front line team members/managers and being able to influence them to adopt consistent processes across their sites.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Systems Strategy and Design**:
- Contribute to the strategic direction of CCEP's Supply Chain Systems
- Develop the functionality and systems design for supply chain solutions to match the Distribution and Services strategy and requirements, considering integration into various automation and manufacturing systems.
- Understands the business's context, requirements, objectives, expectations and derive their actuals needs.
**Systems Standardisation and Continuous Improvement**:
- Identify, evaluate and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve functionality of Supply Chain systems and improve efficiencies of processes.
- Identify, plan, design, develop and deploy solutions that enhance and Improve safety, service and commercial performance across supply chain.
- Lead testing (including regression testing, break fix, UAT, enhancements etc.) and validation of solution post IT build including warehouse, transport, vending, finance etc.
- Input into creating standards on Handheld terminals, Voice and advanced scanning/picking/returns and work with state teams to realise improved efficiencies.
- Support all operational readiness change elements within the project
**Supplier Management**:
- Participate regular reviews with systems suppliers to ensure performance measures are being achieved.
- Ensure all elements of supplier contracts are being met.
- Keep abreast of industry options in WMS and other logistics systems.
**Capability Management**:
- Supporting supply chain systems nationally in building capability across supply chain teams
- Utilising State Business Leads to oversee the maintenance and performance of D&S systems and hardware. Work with IT to improve infrastructure and network performance issues.
**Systems Safety**:
- Assess safety issues against new and existing supply chain systems.
- Understand implications of Chain of Responsibility in Systems evaluation and design.
**General**:
- Build, develop and maintain strong relationships and understanding of CCEP customers and work across Supply Chain teams to facilitate the delivery of the best outcome for each team.
- Engage regularly at a senior supply chain level to share knowledge and information, collaborate on initiatives, review plans and performance metrics in support the delivery of key projects.
**About you**
**Career Experience**

- Minimum of 5 years in an Operational role with a proven track record of successful outcomes
- Preference given to experience in Inventory/systems roles
- Ability to drive business outcomes across Supply Chain including areas such as Manufacturing and Logistics
- Ability to influence and be an effective communicator and facilitator
- Analytical and logical mindset with strong attention to detail.
