* Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience;
* Staying up-to-date with new products and trends in the baking industry;
* Developing and implementing new recipes and product lines;
* Managing your time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Australian (AQF issued) Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent;
* Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia;
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
