You’ll work with agencies for paid channels but lead execution on content, app retention, and website optimisation. Qualifications• 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within ecommerce, app, subscription or direct-to-consumer brands • Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns • Strong background in content-led marketing, not just paid media • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms • Demonstrated experience improving retention, engagement or customer lifecycle performance • Experience optimising website conversion and customer journeys • Experience working alongside paid media agencies and interpreting performance data • Experience managing small teams or coordinating cross-functional contributors • Strong understanding of KPIs such as conversion rate, retention rate, LTV and campaign ROI
