Gro is seeking a part-time (0.8FTE) Web Experience Specialist to take ownership of our website and digital funnels, ensuring every page, interaction and user journey is optimised for performance, usability and conversion.
This is a fully remote, work-from-home position offering autonomy, ownership and the opportunity to directly influence how customers experience our brand online, 4 days a week.
At Gro, we help people regain their confidence through advanced hair restoration solutions. As we continue to grow across Australia and New Zealand, this role plays a critical part in supporting our digital growth strategy.
The role
This is a hands-on, execution-focused position responsible for the ongoing management, optimisation and performance of Gro's website.
You will work closely with the marketing team, paid media partners and SEO agency to build pages, implement SEO content, improve user experience and support campaign delivery. You will be the primary owner of all website-related execution.
This role suits someone who is commercially minded, detail-oriented and comfortable owning outcomes in a remote environment on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, optimise and maintain core website pages, SEO content pages and paid landing pages
* Create conversion-focused layouts, modules and reusable components
* Improve UX, user flow and conversion pathways across the website
* Apply CRO and UX best practices across page structure, CTAs, forms and content hierarchy
* Analyse behavioural insights including heatmaps, recordings and funnel drop-offs
* Implement SEO recommendations, templates and internal linking strategies
* Build and maintain emails and basic flows in HubSpot
* QA pages, emails, forms and integrations across devices and browsers
* Implement and maintain tracking including GA4, Meta and Google pixels
* Collaborate with marketing on messaging, intent and performance optimisation
* Identify opportunities for testing, optimisation and continuous improvement
About you
* 3–5 years' experience in a web, digital or growth-focused role
* Strong experience with Shopify
* Experience using Shogun or similar page builders
* Confident with HTML and CSS, with working knowledge of Shopify Liquid and JavaScript
* Experience building landing pages, SEO pages and email templates
* Solid understanding of UX principles and conversion-focused design
* Experience working with SEO agencies or specialists
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role

* Experience in e-commerce or lead-generation businesses
