Job Title: Plant Mechanic
We are seeking a skilled Plant Mechanic to perform routine maintenance, servicing and overhaul of plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Routine maintenance and repair of plant equipment
* Diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical faults
* Maintenance of service records for all work performed
* Minimizing downtime of equipment in operation
About You:
* Proficiency with petrol and diesel engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems
* Licensing requirements include a valid driver's license (MR or HR)
* Forklift and elevated work platform certifications may be beneficial
* Troubleshooting, diagnostic and preventative maintenance skills are essential
