You will act for a range of premier local, national and international clients in various industries. Work will include a range of transactional matters including mergers & acquisitions, joint-ventures, takeovers, and broad corporate and commercial work for a listed and unlisted client base.
This role will suit a driven and motivated mid-level or senior associate level lawyer who is confident in dealing with clients face to face and provide mentoring to junior staff. You will enjoy working in a high-performing and collaborative team and be provided with genuine career progression opportunities.
To be considered you will be a strong corporate lawyer with at least 3years of experience, although more senior lawyers are also encouraged to apply.
