Join our dynamic team at Lumus Imaging's call center in Milton where we're seeking a dedicatedCustomer Service Representative for acasual position!
As a vital member of our team, you will work Mon - Fri with 8 hour shifts between 7am - 5pm playing a crucial role in providing exceptional support to both patients and referring doctors. The long term goal of this role is to become a permanent member of our team!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently managing and dispatching patient reports
- Assisting and promptly addressing patient and referrer inquiries, including basic software support
- Coordinating report variations, validations, and necessary reviews
- Documenting compliments, complaints, and feedback as needed
- Undertaking general administrative tasks to support our operations and marketing departments
- Patient support with our online patient portal platform
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication, along with a strong grasp of Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional organizational abilities
- Commitment to maintaining strict patient confidentiality
- Capability to problem-solve with minimal supervision
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to follow instructions and take direction
