Jose Hospitality PTY ltd are looking for a talented Kitchen/FOH team for their brand new beautiful venue, Stamford Park Homestead, in Rowville.
The magnificent Stamford Park Homestead was built in 1882 by the entrepreneurial Row family as a Gentleman's Residence. The Homestead and six acres of grounds have been sympathetically restored, allowing it to once again become the 'Jewel in Knox City'. The venue is renovated to add a function hall hosting 250 pax to an already existing Ala- carte restaurant for 200 pax and lawns for weddings and outdoor functions.
The operations extend from Breakfast, lunch and dinner to weekend brunch and High-Teas.

Sous Chef,CHEF, CDP- Multiple positions ( $75,000 - $100, Visas available
* Prepare, cook and serve food in accordance with menus
* Ensuring high level of quality and presentation is achieved at all times
* Collaborate with Head Chef in developing the menu and creating new recipes
* Provide a safe working environment in the kitchen and back of house areas
* Accepting deliveries and checking invoices, weight and dates of product
* To act in accordance with the Company's Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Workplace, Health & Safety and Quality Assurance programs and guidelines
* Breakfast and pastry experience is a plus.
Kitchen Crew- All Levels ($65,000 - $75, Visas available.

FOH:-Supervisors, Barista, Bar Tenders, Water/Waitresses( Full Time & Casuals)
* Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service
* COFFEE & BAR TENDING skills would be a plus
* Previous A La Carte restaurant/bar experience which include tray service and handling large volumes of tables
* Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling
* A good understanding of wine, its service and recommendations to guests
* A current RSA
* Willingness to undergo our specified training program
* Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
