We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Warehouse Team Member to join our Wingfield team
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to start their career The Junior Warehouse Team Member will play an important role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations and delivering exceptional service to our SWB customers, internal stakeholders, and branch network.
This position offers an attractive salary and bonus package.
Key Responsibilities
* Picking, packing, and unpacking of stock.
* Assisting in dispatching of goods.
* Completing customer deliveries when required.
* Stock reconciliation.
* Supporting general warehouse duties ie: freight.
* Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse.
* Safe use of company equipment and vehicles.
* Working with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy and high standards of service are always maintained while complying with our OH&S policies.
To be successful in the role the applicant will need
* Previous experience in warehouse, picking/packing would be valuable but not essential as full training will be provided.
* Strong numeracy & literacy skills.
* Forklift licence preferred (but not essential).
* Manual driver's licence preferred
* Proactive, self – motivated, highly organised with excellent time management skills.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work as a part of a team.
* A desire to learn and develop new skills.
* The ability to engage with people and build rapport.
* Strong work ethic.
* Creative problem solver.
