Role Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented High Reach Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manually picking orders across several different product lines using paper picking methods. The business will switch to RF scanning within 3 months so a familiarity with this process is preferred. Must have experience with 5-6-7 high racking. Hours of the shift will be 7:00AM to 3:00PM.

What are the Duties and Responsibilities?
* Manually picking and packaging paint orders for various customers, in a fast paced environment. We send most of our orders same day.
* Maintaining a safe and clean work environment at all times.
* Stocktake & Stock Replenishment - Assist with the manual replenishment of stock in pick bays
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Manually lifting up to 25kg repetitively.
* Manually stacking and palletizing cartons/drums/pails.
* Occasional overtime available.
What type of candidates are we looking for?
* Extreme level of attention to detail for product codes and batch numbers. A high level of literacy and the ability to count are super important. Our customers rely on us to get it right first time, every single time.
* Good record of attendance in previous roles.
* Knowledge of warehouse distribution activities.
* Knowledge of Dangerous Goods would be advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions both written and oral.
* Ability to adhere to timeframes/deadlines.
* HIGH REACH Forklift 6 months+ experience and a valid Australian LF licence.
* Must have a positive, hard-working attitude, with strong work ethic and drive.
* Must be a team player.
* Must have a commitment to safety in the workplace.
* Able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing as well as a police check.
