What will you do?
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
* Conduct temperature and quality checks, manage cross‐contamination to ensure WHS compliance
* Display a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards
* Support kitchen team members in establishing and sustaining an organised and efficient workspace
* Cleaning duties such as sweeping and mopping floors, washing kitchen equipment and waste management
* Operating a commercial dishwasher and handling cleaning chemicals
* Execute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentation
* Prepare and assemble sandwiches and other menu items according to our recipes and standards
More About You
* Previous experience as a kitchenhand
* Food Safety Certificate
* Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast‐paced environment
* Ability to work a 7‐day rotating roster
