Job Description As a Night Auditor, you will play a key role in supporting overnight operations, assisting the Night Manager and ensuring a seamless, safe, and luxurious experience for all guests.
You will be the main point of contact for overnight arrivals, departures, and guest requests, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail throughout your shift.
In this role, you will: Welcome late arrivals and farewell early departures, creating warm and personalised guest experiences Manage daily reconciliation of hotel outlets and complete nightly revenue postings Prepare and distribute audit reports accurately and efficiently Confirm reservation details and accounts for in-house guests, ensuring all information is correct Collate departure paperwork and liaise with the Front Office team Respond promptly to guest enquiries and requests, maintaining a solution-focused approach Ensure an effective handover to the Night Manager at the start and end of your shift Maintain safety and security standards overnight, supporting the Night Manager Qualifications Previous experience in a Night Auditor or similar front office role Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences with attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High level of computer literacy; experience with Opera Cloud PMS preferred Calm and professional under pressure, with the ability to solve problems efficiently Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster from 11:00pm to 7:00am Additional Information What's in it for you...
