Office Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team in Sydney as an Office Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our workspace is welcoming, functional, and well-maintained.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office facilities, including repairs and renovations.
* Event Coordination: Plan and execute in-house events and activities that promote a positive work environment.
* Inventory Management: Manage office supplies and ensure they are fully stocked.
* Meeting Room Preparation: Set up meeting rooms with necessary equipment and supplies.
* Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire orientation and provide guidance on company policies.
* Health and Safety: Act as a Fire Warden, First Aid Officer, and WHS Committee member.
In addition to these key responsibilities, we are looking for someone who possesses strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with G-Suite is highly desirable, as is knowledge of WHS requirements and practices.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in office or facilities management.
