Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors and patrons.
* Provide friendly and professional customer service to visitors and patrons.
* Sell tourism products, tickets, and retail items.
* Support box office operations, including bookings and ticketing.
* Promote exhibitions, programs, and cultural events.
>Working Hours:
This is a part-time position working 30 hours per fortnight. The working hours will be shared/split roster including weekend work. The typical hours will be 9:00am – 2:30pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. However, there may be variations in these hours on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
