Virtual Assistant (Finance & Admin Support)
We're looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support ongoing finance and admin tasks for a newly launched growing influencer talent management business.
You will ultimately be responsible for supporting the leadership team, accounts, administration and general duties. Beyond your current experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional, time conscious and possesses a high level of English communication.
Modn Management is a growing Influencer Agency that manages talent working with major international brands across the AU Market. Our agency encourages personal development and growth within our team culture, providing specialised ongoing training to successful applicants.
The role starts as a part-time 8-10 hrs p/w leading into a full-time position.
NOTE: 2 years minimum experience as a VA, admin and finance specialist. Otherwise, your application will automatically be declined.
Key Responsibilities
* Chasing and following up on outstanding invoices.
* Managing and updating records within Xero.
* Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets.
* General admin support across finance workflows.
Hours
* 8–10 hours per week (with potential to increase based on performance).
Requirements
* Strong experience using Xero.
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace etc.
* Previous experience in finance, bookkeeping or admin support.
* High attention to detail and organisation.
* Strong written English (for client communication).
* Proactive and able to work independently.
* Experience working with agencies, creators or small businesses.

* Zoom and WhatsApp account.
