As a Senior Analyst, Fund Operations, you will play a key role in managing the fiscal health, reporting, and analysis of financial business decisions. This dynamic function oversees budgeting, tax, treasury, financial planning, valuations, and procurement, ensuring that the organisation's financial resources are efficiently allocated and optimised across its diverse investment portfolio.
The Senior Analyst (12 Month contract), Fund Operations assists with the processing of all operational and administration tasks for all ISPT Funds and Mandates. This includes the responsibility and oversight for maintaining systems, controls, and processes that support unit pricing and registry, Fund administration, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Oversee and support fund administration and operations for ISPT Funds and Mandates. This includes investor transactions, unit pricing, reconciliation of Fund NAVs, unit registry updates, managing, and processing secondary market transactions for ISPT Funds.
* Collation and distribution of key Fund and analytics data, updating and maintaining Fund and Investor dashboards, completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting for internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring all deliverables are met within set SLAs.
* Create and maintain Power BI reports and visualisations to help stakeholders quickly and easily understand complex data.
* Maintain process documentation, effective controls, and identify risk and recommend solutions for current and new processes.
What You'll Need:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience in unit pricing/fund administration activities from a Fund Manager, Custodian, or Super Fund environment, exposure to accounting data.
* Strong Excel skills, maintaining spreadsheet models, and experience using VBA.
* Experience in working with data environments and providing solutions support that focus on data quality and efficiency.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
