About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and culturally responsive Indigenous Liaison Officer to build and maintain connections between school, students, families and community. The role supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students through cultural programs, community engagement, personalised learning plans, and transition support. Responsibilities include coordinating cultural events and ceremonies, supporting tertiary and training pathways, monitoring student progress and wellbeing, and providing culturally safe support. This position plays a vital role in promoting student engagement, achievement and strong cultural identity within the school community.
This is a part‑time (31 hours per week) fixed‑term role for 2026. The successful applicant will commence in January 2026.
Monday and Tuesday - 8:30 am – 3:00 pm
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - 8:17 am – 3:07 pm
