The Lorian Group is currently looking for an experienced Contract Site Manager to oversee an internal hospitality fitout project located North Brisbane Bayside. This is an initial 10-week contract, with the potential for extension depending on project requirements.
This role would suit a hands‐on Site Manager who is confident managing fast‐paced fitout environments and coordinating multiple trades to deliver a high‐quality finish within a tight program.
Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day site management and coordination of trades
* Managing the construction program and ensuring timelines are met
* Maintaining site safety, inductions and compliance
* Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and the project team
* Ensuring quality control and smooth delivery of the fitout
* Managing site documentation and reporting
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on hospitality, retail or commercial fitout projects
* Ability to manage fast‐track internal fitouts
* Strong trade coordination and communication skills
* Solid understanding of HSE and site compliance
* Relevant construction tickets / certifications
