About the role

This is an exciting part-time opportunity to join the dynamic team at Kings Creek Hotel as a Marketing and Admin Coordinator. In this varied role, you will assist the General Manager in the planning and execution of the hotel's marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will be based in our Hastings, VIC 3915 office.

What you'll be doing

* Support the development and implementation of the hotel's marketing strategy and campaigns across digital and traditional channels

* Assist with the creation of marketing materials such as social media posts, website updates, brochures and advertisements

* Coordinate and schedule marketing activities, promotions and events

* Maintain and update the hotel's website and social media platforms

* Provide administrative support to the General Manager and broader team as needed

* Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities

What we're looking for

* Previous experience in a marketing or administrative support role, ideally within the hospitality industry

* Entry level candidates and graduates are encouraged to apply

* Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail

* Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365, Canva, Meta, and social media platforms.

* Excellent organisational and time management skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* A creative flair and interest in developing innovative marketing solutions
