Working within a multidisciplinary team, the therapist ensures the development, implementation, and continuous assessment of individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to the client’s therapeutic needs. The role requires active collaboration with the treatment team, family members, and external partners to enhance client outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
