This role will support large-scale change initiatives focused on workplace technology, infrastructure uplift, and integration activities that enhance how people work every day. What you’ll be working on: Rollout of new workplace/property technologies (VC, visitor systems, devices) Digital workplace tools & device deployments Change impact assessments & stakeholder engagement Communications & business readiness planning Training, user guidance & adoption support Policy & process updates to support change initiatives What we’re looking for: Experience delivering technology change & adoption initiatives Strong stakeholder engagement & communication skills Ability to integrate into large program teams and drive adoption outcomes Digital workplace or infrastructure change experience (highly regarded) Property / workplace technology exposure a bonus Location: Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane Start: ASAP Competitive market rates This role suits someone who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys delivering tangible outcomes that improve how people work every day.
