MM Security is looking for a switched-on Operations Coordinator to help keep the business moving behind the scenes. You’ll support onboarding, accounts payable, systems and day-to-day operations across the national business. It’s a hands-on role with plenty of variety for someone who wants to learn fast and grow with the business. You don’t need years of experience, but you do need to be organised, proactive and comfortable dealing with different personalities. You might currently be: In an admin or office support role doing a bit of everything Handling onboarding, invoicing or general business admin Stuck in a repetitive role wanting something broader A recent business or finance graduate wanting practical exposure Someone who’s been overlooked but knows they can do more What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting onboarding for new acquisitions and managers Keeping WHS systems and documentation up to date Inducting new staff across the national business Supporting accounts payable and operational admin Managing invoicing across cloud and recurring services Supporting licences, compliance and operational requirements Writing and improving SOPs and business processes About You: You’re organised, proactive and comfortable juggling different priorities.
