About the RoleAs Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level, confidential and reliable support to the Executive Principal and the Executive Leadership Team. This is a pivotal role in enabling the leadership team to achieve strategic goals and deliver exceptional outcomes for students, families, and staff. You will be the first point of contact for the Executive Principal’s office, coordinating communications, meetings, and workflow with professionalism and discretion. You will also contribute to key projects, manage documentation and reporting, and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders including staff, board members, external partners, and the wider school community. Key Responsibilities In this role you will: (abridged; full details on request of the full job description)Manage sensitive and confidential communications on behalf of the Executive Principal.Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, agendas, and minutes for the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams.Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations to a high professional standard.Act as a key liaison point with staff, parents, board members, and external stakeholders.Provide administrative support across HR processes including recruitment, contracts, and staff documentation.Collaborate with the Head of Community Engagement on reports, newsletters, and communications.Uphold child safety, compliance, and organisational policies. You will bring:Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, including calendar and workflow management.Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders.Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and challenges with initiative and problem-solving ability.Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in complex environments.Strong digital and data management skills, with the ability to prepare accurate reports.You will also share our commitment to trauma-informed practice, inclusivity, and child safety.
