This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in marine infrastructure projects across the region.Key responsibilities include:Leading complex structural engineering projects for ports and marine facilities, ensuring high-quality outcomes.Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.Ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and standards.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships.Driving innovation, overseeing quality control, and contributing to thought leadership through publications and presentations.QualificationsWe are looking for candidates with:10-15+ years of experience in structural engineering, particularly in ports and marine projects.A recognized qualification (Associate Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering Technology, or similar).Proven project management and stakeholder engagement experience.Technical expertise in Ports and Marine projects.Advanced knowledge of structural engineering principles in marine environments.Additional InformationWe acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the lands we work on and are committed to engaging with First Nations peoples and businesses as part of our Reconciliation Action Plan.
