As we continue to grow, we're seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview:
As a Project Manager / Estimator, you will play a critical role in managing commercial flooring projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for estimating costs, conducting take-offs, and overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Your expertise in project management and the flooring industry will be essential in driving success and delivering superior results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage multiple commercial flooring projects simultaneously
* Provide accurate and detailed estimates and take-offs for flooring projects
* Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and timely execution
* Coordinate and communicate with clients, suppliers, and contractors
* Maintain and follow company management policies and procedures
* Perform site visits as required to assess progress and ensure quality control
* Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery
Qualifications/Skills:
* Extensive knowledge of the flooring industry and commercial flooring projects
* Strong project management skills, including budgeting, estimating, and cost control
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and teams
Experience Level:
This role is ideal for someone with significant experience in the flooring industry who can hit the ground running and take charge of projects from day one.
Compensation:
Salary is dependent on experience and the right candidate will be remunerated accordingly.
