About the Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Project Planner to join our Infrastructure team in QLD, with a particular focus on water and wastewater, pipelines and associated civil infrastructure. Reporting to the Planning Manager, you'll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and site teams to develop, manage and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
You'll support a portfolio of complex and technically challenging civil projects, playing a key role in progress tracking, cost and resource loading, and identifying and analysing delays or risks to keep projects on time and on budget. Your insights will directly contribute to improved planning, reporting and decision‐making throughout the project lifecycle.
This role is based primarily on the Sunshine Coast, with travel to project sites as required and hybrid work options available.
What You'll Bring to the Team
* Strong experience as a Project Planner on water and wastewater infrastructure projects
* Strong experience on complex road and bridge civil infrastructure projects
* High‐level proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
* Experience in EOT and delay analysis, cost/resource loading and progress reporting
* Proven capability in program development, tender program preparation and pre‐contract administration
* The ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders to ensure alignment on schedules and deliverables
* A background in engineering or site‐based delivery (preferred)
* A practical, proactive approach and strong attention to detail
