Responsibilities
* Leading, inspiring and developing an exceptional team of hospitality professionals to enable their individual growth and help drive the overall success of the business.
* Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.
* Supporting all departments in the achievement of operational targets.
* Overseeing the marketing and sales efforts to maximise occupancy and revenue.
* Championing employee engagement, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment for all our Heartists.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in the hospitality industry.
* Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and delivering outstanding financial results.
* Demonstrated success in driving the commercial performance of the business and delivering on KPIs.
* Passionate to develop self and others.
* Clear communication, creating impactful relationships with your team.
* Fosters a positive owner relationship while maximising performance.
