Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate progress and proposals in the land administration function relating to land assembly, including acquisitions, closures, dedications, disposals, amalgamations, caveats, easements, public access ways, right of way closures, and roads.
* Manage property systems effectively.
* Coordinate internal workshops relating to capital works projects.
* Negotiate and liaise with agencies such as Landgate and the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage.
* Assist with reporting requirements.
Requirements:
* Degree in Urban Planning (desired).
* Expert stakeholder management skills.
* Proven problem-solving expertise.
* Excellent teamwork skills and abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 2 years of experience in Urban Planning (desired).
* National Police Clearance.
* Class C Driver's Licence.
* Blue/White Card.
Working Conditions:
* 8-hour shift.
* Day shift.
Relocation Requirements:
* Able to commute or relocate to Gosnells, WA 6110 before starting work.
