Job Overview
The Operations and Reliability Technician role involves providing site support in the operation and maintenance of industrial plants.
* Ensure business target KPIs are achieved and plants are operated & maintained in a safe, reliable, efficient manner.
* Collaborate with the team to safely operate and maintain the efficient and reliable production of industrial facilities.
* Coordinate plant isolations, oversee contractors' work, process work orders in SAP, and ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
* Plan and execute maintenance tasks, manage storage and control of spare parts, and assist in plant operations including shutdown and restart.
* Extensive trade experience in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation.
* Proven operating experience and exposure to process plant operations in relevant industries.
* Proven experience with maintenance of industrial plants.
* Understanding of CMMS and Maintenance strategies.
* Experienced with control of work, PTW, isolations, and risk assessment.
