Physiotherapist Role
We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in the Community Health Care department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and documentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Job Description:
* Provide person-centred, evidence-based care to clients in their homes and local settings.
* Work across a diverse caseload providing acute, chronic, or post-operative physiotherapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients with various needs.
* Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to achieve client goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Physiotherapy and current National Physiotherapy Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
* Level 1: newly qualified Physiotherapist with less than three years clinical experience; Level 2: a minimum of three years clinical experience as a Physiotherapist.
