Reporting to the Accounts Payable & Purchasing Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate delivery of end-to-end accounts payable services across multiple entities.
Responsibilities
* Processing high-volume supplier invoices, expense claims and reimbursements.
* Managing fortnightly and monthly payment runs, plus ad hoc payments.
* Reconciling supplier statements.
* Investigating and resolving supplier and internal queries.
* Supporting broader finance administration as required.
About You
You are organised, detail-driven and confident managing end-to-end Accounts Payable processes. You are proactive in solving problems, comfortable handling large volumes, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Skills / Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Accounts Payable role.
* High-volume end-to-end AP processing experience.
* Strong reconciliation skills.
* ERP system experience (highly regarded).
* Intermediate Excel capability.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
* Professional communication skills.
* Ability to effectively exercise initiative and discretion while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
* Certificate III in Accounts Administration is preferred but not essential.
