Sales Coordinator - Lifecycle Services (LCS)

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team within the Lifecycle Services (LCS) department. In this role, you will be at the heart of our customer operations, ensuring seamless communication, and providing vital support to both our customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Quotation & Order Creation: Efficiently create accurate quotations and orders in SAP ERP / Business One systems.
* Email Inbox Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customer emails, responding promptly and professionally to all enquiries.
* Customer Communication: Liaise directly with customers to clarify scope, discuss lead times, and address any other queries.
* Collaboration with Material Management: Work closely with the material management department to coordinate shipping options, handle reclamations, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
* E-Shop Support: Assist customers with their E-Shop accounts, provide guidance on account setup, and offer training on navigating our online platform.
* Support Sales Managers: Assist in managing Spare Part Overhaul and Retrofit Projects to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
* CRM Management: Maintain and track sales enquiries in Salesforce CRM, ensuring that all customer data and interactions are up to date and properly documented.
* Team Collaboration: Participate in team project meetings and contribute to the success of ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a sales coordinator, customer service, or similar role.
* Food and Beverage Industry experience is a plus.
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams.
* Familiarity with SAP ERP / Business One and Salesforce CRM or similar systems is preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
* Proactive and results-oriented, with a clear sense of ownership in your responsibilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
