The Role
As National Sales & Franchise Development Manager, you will be accountable for the overall performance, including sales, service, dealer management, operations, and people leadership. You will ensure growth strategies are flawlessly executed on the ground.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing dealer and distribution networks, including performance and capability uplift
* Developing and executing the growth strategy
* Driving commercial excellence across sales, aftermarket, service, and parts
* Strengthening market position, customer relationships, and brand presence
* Ensuring operational discipline, safety, and compliance nationally
About You
You're a commercially sharp, hands-on leader with deep experience in building strong relationships across the networks and relevant internal and external stakeholders. You know how to balance strategy with execution and are comfortable operating at both board and site level.
You will bring:
* Proven leadership experience within the commercial vehicle sector or closely related automotive industries supporting transport, agriculture, construction and heavy equipment markets
* Trackrecord of achieving business results
* Strong understanding of retail and dealer-led business models
* Excellent commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* A leadership style that builds trust, accountability, and performance
* Willingness to travel extensively
