The Role We are seeking a proactive and highly organised professional to provide executive and administrative support to the Manager, Community Impact. In this pivotal role, you will help drive the smooth and efficient delivery of operations, projects, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across the business unit. You will coordinate diaries and meetings, draft high ‑ quality reports and correspondence, conduct research, and act as a key point of communication on behalf of the Manager. Key Accountabilities: Gather, analyse, and compile information to produce high ‑ quality documents that support business unit operations and projects, including project plans, presentations, reports, and briefings. Schedule, coordinate, and accurately minute business unit meetings, including relevant Georges River Advisory Committees. Maintain and manage records and information in line with Council policies to ensure compliance, accuracy, and accessibility. Develop and continually improve administrative systems and processes to enhance the efficiency of the business unit. Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to privacy requirements when handling sensitive or personal information. What We Are Looking For We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive professional who can: Manage and maintain the Manager’s calendar, including meetings, appointments, priorities, and key tasks. Monitor incoming calls and correspondence, preparing clear and accurate draft responses in line with Council templates and guidelines. Gather information and produce high ‑ quality documents to support business unit operations and projects, such as project plans, presentations, reports, and briefings. Coordinate and minute business unit meetings, including relevant Georges River Advisory Committees. Maintain accurate and compliant records, ensuring information is stored and disposed of in accordance with Council policies. Develop and continuously improve internal administrative systems and processes to enhance efficiency. Handle all information with strict confidentiality and always adhere to privacy requirements. What We Offer Temporary full ‑ time role (35 hours per week), up to 21 August 2026. Salary from $75,531.48 to $87,514.48 plus 12% superannuation.
