Role Overview
A Store Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our retail business. As a key leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a store, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve key commercial targets.
About the Role
This position reports to the Regional Manager and requires a highly experienced retail professional who can lead and develop a large team (100+), drive sales growth, and maintain high standards of visual merchandising, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver the store retail plan to achieve key commercial targets.
* Lead and motivate a large team (100+) to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, safety, and compliance across the store.
* Ensure effective coaching, development, and succession planning for team members.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Proven experience working in a fast-paced, complex retail environment.
* Ability to coach, lead, and develop a large team (100+).
* Strong understanding of retail operations, including visual merchandising, safety, and compliance.
* Candidate must possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
