Overview
Millwood Holdings Pty Ltd T/A Delroy Orchards is hiring a full‐time Fruit Farm Worker for the Donnybrook & Pemberton, Western Australia regions. The role involves early starts, long days, physical demand and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
* Fruit vine pruning with air secateurs, removing old or unproductive wood
* Vine tie‐downs
* Fruit tree harvesting and pruning with chainsaws or hand loppers, depending on variety
* Basic sprinkler and reticulation maintenance
* Tree nursery tasks: weeding, potting, sprinkler and dripper maintenance
* Completing harvest estimates (fruit counts)
* Packing fruit, stacking boxes, and labeling
Requirements
* Fit and healthy individual
* Positive "can do" attitude
* Willingness to work with hands dirty
* Team‐oriented and self‐motivated
Salary
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
