Customer Service Leader Job
The role of a Customer Service Leader is an entry-level position that requires a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
As a Customer Service Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that high standards of customer service are consistently met and exceeded every day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and respond to all customer calls, requests, questions, or concerns in a professional manner.
* Contact the relevant department or individual to resolve customer issues or complaints.
* Follow up and ensure that any outstanding customer requests are resolved promptly.
* Advise customers of any messages received.
* Verify and adjust billing as necessary.
* Operate the telephone switchboard station efficiently.
* Monitor busy or unanswered lines, check back with callers on hold to update their status, take messages.
* Activate and deactivate guest room message lights as required.
* Transfer customers with internet access issues to the internet service provider's customer support line.
* Assist customers with credit card, calling card, long distance, collect, overseas, and person-to-person calls.
* Log customer requests, incidents, adjustments, and comment cards into the system to allow for proper tracking and documentation.
* Provide customers with directions and property information as needed.
Requirements:
* Absorbent drinking certification from a nationally accredited training provider.
* I'm Alert Food Safety Certification from the City of Perth.
* Experience working in a customer-facing role is preferable.
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
