The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A degree in accounting and relevant experience in insolvency and restructuring are essential requirements for this position.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage investigations into distressed companies and individuals, engaging with banks, creditors, and regulators.
* Prepare detailed financial reports, solvency analyses, and stakeholder communications.
* Collaborate with Managers and Directors to execute assignments and provide commercial insights.
Requirements
* Accounting degree, with CA/CPA completed or well underway.
* Practical experience in insolvency and restructuring across both corporate and personal matters.
* Solid knowledge of relevant legislation (Corporations Act, Bankruptcy Act, etc.).
* Familiarity with accounting software (Xero, MYOB).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus the confidence to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
