As Principal Social Impact Advisor, you will oversee social impact work for clients across Australia and Asia. Your role will involve building client relationships, pursuing business opportunities, and leading project development and delivery.
* Design and Oversee Baseline Social Data Collection: Support impact assessments related to human rights, resettlement, community, and worker health and security.
* Lead Community Engagement Activities: Design and deliver workshops, focus groups, interviews, and surveys to gather quantitative and qualitative data.
* Prepare Social Impact Assessment Chapters: Lead and prepare management plans, engagement plans, consultation reports, and proposals.
* Provide Technical Expertise: Manage multi-disciplinary project teams throughout the life cycle of client projects.
* Grow Business Opportunities: Work with Hatch project managers and team members to build the Social Impact Assessment service offering.
Requirements
You should hold a degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Human Geography, Planning, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
* Hold Professional Accreditation: Possess a professionally recognized Social Impact accreditation.
* Minimum 15 Years' Experience: Lead Social Impact Assessments for major projects, with demonstrated experience in meeting Australian regulatory requirements.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative Thinking: Show a willingness to recommend innovative solutions.
* Collaborative Team Player: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include self-motivation and international travel experience.
