Our client is one of Sydney's largest source for luxury holiday houses & apartments in New South Wales. Due to growth, they are seeking a well-versed part time Property Manager to manage existing clients and build new relationships with landlords and tenants alike. The role is offering flexible working arrangements meaning you can truly make your own hours!

**The Position**
Your responsibilities in the role of part time Property Manager include:
- Manage a well-maintained portfolio of 30-50 properties
- Nurture existing relationships with tenants and landlords
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance work orders
- Maintain rental arrears
- Ingoings
- outgoings and leasing but no accounts!
- Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings (as required)
**The Person**
- Previous Property Management experience
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration and Real Estate Licence essential
- Highly articulate, immaculately presented with superior rapport building and relationship nurturing skills
- Strong conflict resolution and problem solving ability
- Impeccable time management and organisational skills Current Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
