A key production management role, responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage concrete batching and equipment operations to ensure high-quality output
* Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies
* Co-ordinate the water and waste management systems to minimize environmental impact
* Oversee concrete production to meet customer specifications and deadlines
* Optimize logistics and scheduling to enhance operational efficiency
* Manage inventory levels by ordering raw materials and conducting regular stock checks
* Coordinate maintenance activities and engage external contractors when necessary
* Lead and support the production team to achieve business objectives
* Contribute to business improvement initiatives and undertake administrative tasks as required
