Key Responsibilities:

* Traffic Flow Management: Manage traffic flow and direct vehicles to ensure a seamless parking experience, especially during peak times or capacity issues.
* Parking Environment Maintenance: Conduct routine patrols to maintain a clean, well-lit, and organised car park, including tidying shopping carts.
* Customer Support: Assist customers and retailers with parking inquiries, providing clear guidance and support as needed.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
