ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, delivering world-class guest experiences, and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming bar environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth bar operations while upholding the highest standards of service and professionalism. Your passion for mixology and hospitality will contribute to creating memorable moments for our guests.
* Deliver exceptional guest service by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
* Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
* Maintain strong product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to guests.
* Perform standard bar setup, operation, and closing procedures.
* Create seasonal cocktails in line with current trends and guest preferences.
* Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership for seamless service across all meal periods.
