SUMMARY: Responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders to the Guests, setting tables and trays. Ensures work area and dining room are kept clean and organized. Works as a team player to deliver excellent customer service.Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)Orders food and liquor, sets tables, trays, and delivers food and beverage to Guests.Maintains an effective working relationship and excellent guest service with all Team Members and Guests.Maintains contact with kitchen staff, management, hosts, staff, and Guests to ensure that dining details are handled properly and quickly.Converses with Guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service; addresses complaints or concerns.Performs multiple tasks during high volume situations.Cleans and resets the dining area as needed.Assists and supports catering and special event functions.Cleans and fills empty condiment containers.Performs other duties as assigned.Mandatory RequirementsMust be at least 18 years old.Must possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.Requires a minimum of one year experience as a Food Server, some experience in Fine Dining Room Service preferred.Must complete Food Handler or ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service certification or have proof of current certification.Must have ability to learn and operate point-of-sale system.Must be able to work in a fast-paced atmosphere.Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test.Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.Physical DemandsMust be physically able to perform all job requirements.Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.
