Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing client relationships, promoting and demonstrating Plexa's platform capabilities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs. Daily tasks include lead generation, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing regular market feedback to help refine our offerings. This role requires traveling to meet clients and attending industry events.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales, with a focus on lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
* Strong understanding of the construction industry and familiarity with digital construction management tools
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams
* Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software and Industry Sales Tools
* Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management or related field preferred
* Experience in SaaS or ConTech is a plus
