The Opportunity As a Library Experience Officer, you are part of the Library's Frontline Services team, ensuring welcoming and inclusive spaces and services for Monash students, staff, Alumni, and visitors during the day, afternoon, night and weekends.
You will provide excellent customer service, supporting access to Library print and online collections, solving and reporting facilities issues, and ensuring that spaces are safe for everyone and well-maintained.
You will work with other Library staff to plan and facilitate events that support student inclusion and engagement; we aspire to delight by exceeding their expectations.
This role will work on-site Tuesday to Friday alternating from a 7:45am to 4:06pm and 10am to 6pm pattern weekly.
The role includes: Ensuring the libraries are welcoming and safe spaces Monitoring and responding to reports of building and maintenance faults Collaborating with other library colleagues, to the design, delivery, and evaluation of user experience programs supporting inclusion and belonging in the Library Responding to, answering, and referring enquiries from library users About Monash University At Monash, work feels different.
