We have had a brand new, extremely rare opportunity become available with our client, who is the leading industry association for real estate agents and property professionals. They are one of the largest and most influential associations of their kind, with thousands of members network wide. This peak industry body assists it's members to improve and build their businesses, minimise risk and protect their interests.
A key role has now become available for a seasoned and mature real estate professional to join this business in the role of Customer Support Consultant. Your key mandate in this role will be to offer practical and commercial advice to real estate and property members across a wide range of areas, including current and changing legislation, agency agreements, NCAT issues, tenancy/strata matters and sales advice.

**The Position**
In the role of Customer Support Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conduct follow up calls to members and workshop any detailed scenario-based questions and difficult matters with members of the team
- Assist the Marketing team with the dissemination of EDMs and marketing material, including media releases and website articles
- Actively cross sell other products/services, events and training programs to current members
- Prepare analytical reports and documents for management reviews, and assist with member compliance management, policy submissions and revisions
- Keep abreast of changes to real estate legislation and maintain/expand your professional knowledge of the real estate industry
**The Person**
- A seasoned career in real estate (10+ years) is essential - either in property management, sales, strata or trust accounting (a strong property management background is ideal, at a Department Head of Senior PM level)
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration and a Class 1 Licensee holder is essential
- Intricate knowledge of real estate legislation (including the Residential Tenancies Act), CPD requirements, compliance and property management and/or strata and sales best practices
- You will be a excellent listener who has great patience, customer service and interpersonal skills
- A critical and practical thinker who can successfully deliver advice and impart knowledge with confidence
- Sound negotiation and conflict resolution skills, and a top notch problem solver
- Strong organisational/time management skills, an eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as sound IT/tech knowledge
